ATAS Login Guide: Forgot Password

    Use this sequence to reach the password-reset flow from the ATAS login screen.

    Choose Forgot Password

    Tap Forgot Password on the login screen.

    Open Reset Password

    Select Reset Password from the recovery options.

    Enter your phone number

    Type your registered phone number and request an OTP.

    Submit the OTP

    Enter the received code and tap Next.

    Choose the account UID

    Select the UID whose password you want to reset.

    Create a new password

    Enter the new password in both fields and confirm it.
